GMarket rant

I recently make order from GMarket, I haven't receive the order yet, still waiting for 2 more items before it'll be send to me. I have contacted the seller and he/she confirm that there'll be delay. I actually sent 3 email to the seller, well, kind of accidentally, first, I just want to tell the seller the color I want, but the next day I realised I didn't put any order number or anything, so I decided to email him/her again, then I click on the wrong item(I order 2 things from this seller), so I end up sending the seller the third email, but the seller is kind enough to reply all my email (if I'm the seller, I'll be very pissed off), so my shopping experience so far is good, now only waiting for the goods to come to me.

The shopping experience is good, but the customer service is bad!!!!I email the customer service cause I forgot my GAccount password(there's 2 password when u register with gmarket, the normal sign in password and gaccount password), and when I try to reset the password, no email were sent to me, so I can't reset it.

the reply is fast, he/she tell me to check junk mail, so I reply back, say none in junk mail, then he/she say s/he try it too, for me, and ask me to check my email, there is email, but when I click it, it appear that it's for resetting sign in password, so I reset my sign in password too and reply back saying that it's g account password that I want to reset, he/she still think sign in password, and telling me to follow the link he/she gave me in prev email. so I reply back, describe as detail as I can, saying it's G Account, not G Market account, and he/she finally get it but the reply is just that u can change it from the gmarket personal info once I log in. and then I reply back telling him/her the original problem I have, I didn't receive email to reset it!! well, guess what, my last email is completely ignored, it's been days(3-4 days approx.), no reply, I was so furious, shouldn't customer service try to help me? why ignoring my message once u know my real problem is!!!

well, I still can't log in to G Account, but I still can see the summary when I log in, hopefully, I won't need to log in to do others things I want with G Account(transfering cash, etc), if I can I won't brother emaling them again, but if I have to, I think I'm gonna have another angry day.

my advise, don't ever forgot all your g market password!!!!
